My Child Advocate, through quality legal representation and alternative dispute resolution services, provides children a voice and advocates for the best interests of your child. We make it our mission to provide child-focused, affordable legal representation to all those in need. We offer reduced rates to families who qualify. In most cases, a deposit is required.

My Child Advocate offers two types of services:

• Traditional Legal Services including child in need of care, paternity, post divorce custody, third party visitation, guardianship and adoption proceedings. (Read more)
